One hour or one year (whichever comes first) of Technical Support is included with the purchase of Speedy Dialer for the original Buyer/User.

Additional Technical Support may be purchased for $50 per hour. Technical Support includes helping User install and learn how to use this software and voice board(s).

Technical Support hours are 9 am to 6 pm (US Central Time Zone), Monday through Friday, except for holidays.

Note: Our technicians and programmers leave at 6 pm Central Time. Help requests received later than 5 pm might not be answered until the next day.

Software updates, manuals, tutorials, troubleshooting help, and other helpful information can be obtained there. Before receiving technical support, you must first register your product online at: http://www.tellacom.net/register/index.php

Once you have registered, the fastest way to get help is to create your own job ticket at: http://www.tellacom.net/support/login.php

Whenever you need help, but do NOT have access to the Internet, call us at 972-248-0341 and leave a voice message so we can create a Job Ticket for you. A technician will then contact you as soon as he is available. You can also email support at: techsupport@tellacom.net
